Shipping policy

1. Order processing time 

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2-18 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Trackingnumber witch wich you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

2. Shipping adress changes 

If you would like to change the shipping adress for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping adress. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping adress anymore.

 

3. Shipping methods, cost, and delivery times

3.1. USA warehouse = 2 - 9 days

3.2. China warehouse = 8 - 15 days
